Griffon & Greylight is a private sporting club. Discretion is a founding principle, and it shapes the way we handle every inquiry, application, and piece of correspondence entrusted to us.

We collect only the information necessary to answer a membership inquiry, arrange a visit, or maintain the relationships of our members and guests. This may include a name, contact details, professional background, and the notes of a conversation. We do not sell, trade, or share this information with parties outside the office of the club, save where required by law.

Written correspondence is kept in confidence among the founding committee and the staff directly responsible for hospitality, membership, and stewardship of the ranch. Digital records are held with reasonable safeguards appropriate to a private club of our scale.

You may request at any time that we correct or remove the information we hold about you. Write to the office through the Contact page and a member of the committee will reply personally.

This notice may be revised as the club grows. Material changes will be communicated to members in the ordinary course of correspondence.
