I · Philosophy
Membership is different here.
Griffon & Greylight was created for people who understand that the finest hours of a life are often the simplest — a morning on the water, a walk through autumn cover, an evening at a long table with friends who have become family.
We are a community that values time outdoors and the craftsmanship of the sporting arts. Family and hospitality. Conservation and learning. Shared experience, and the lasting friendships that only a shared place can shape.
II · The Rhythm
The rhythm of belonging.
Membership is not an itinerary. It is a rhythm — a life measured in seasons, in return visits, in the slow accumulation of days spent well in the company of people who matter.
Spring
First light on the water. Wading the East Canyon in April. Cottonwoods in new leaf, calves in the pasture, the first evenings warm enough to linger on the porch.
Summer
Long evenings. Children learning to cast in the shallows. Friends walking together to the sporting clays course as the shadows begin to lengthen across the meadow.
Autumn
The sporting traditions in their full measure. Upland birds. The rifle range in the crisp morning. A long table set beneath aspens turning gold, and the quiet conversation of a good day afield.
Winter
Firelight and small gatherings. Snow on the ridgeline. Mentors and their students. Children who came here small returning tall, and traditions passing gently between generations.

To belong to Griffon & Greylight is to help sustain a community committed to responsible stewardship of the land, and to supporting the veterans, first responders, and families who have carried a weight the rest of us have not.
This is not a cause the club raises money for. It is woven into the culture of the place — into who is welcomed here, into the days that are kept in their honor, into the reason the ranch exists at all.

How do I request membership information?

Can families participate?

Yes. Griffon & Greylight is a family club at heart. Spouses, children, and grandchildren are part of the life of the ranch, and much of what we do is designed to be shared across generations.
Is prior experience required?

No. Experienced sportsmen and curious beginners are equally at home. Some of our most rewarding days are spent with someone casting their first line or taking their first shot.
Will instruction be available?

Yes. Professional instruction in fly fishing, sporting clays, and precision shooting is part of the culture of the club — offered gently to those who wish it, from first lessons to refinement.
Can guests visit?

Members are able to share the club with guests. Details will be set with care as the founding structure is finalized.
How will future membership opportunities be communicated?

Directly, and by correspondence. There will be no public campaigns, waitlists advertised, or countdowns. Those who inquire will be kept informed as decisions are made.
